I met Cameo back when gluten-free was still uncharted territory. I had been diagnosed with celiac disease and she had discovered her own gluten sensitivity, so we connected on a personal level. Following a gluten-free diet can be difficult, but Crave Bakery makes it a little bit easier by creating some childhood favorites that won't make you feel like you are settling.  Their brownies and cookies are sure to please even the pickiest palates.  Jon, my son, is extremely picky and he fell in love with the Monster Cookies - a blondie-type, brownie-like cookie with chocolate chunks.  The brownies are dense and fudgy with no telltale sign of the product being gluten-free.
